Our company was established in 1996 with the aim of providing a stable foundation in the dynamic and developing construction sector, primarily with regard to the area of building engineering. After only a few years passed, the company’s technical equipment and team of professionals was ready to carry out general contracting works. The first such work was the reconstruction of the Fogarasi Business Center.

The company’s first general contracting work carried out in the framework of a green field investment is the Business Center 91 Office Building.

Since it began its activities, Budapesti Építő és Szerelő Zrt. has constructed more than 156,000 m2 in new buildings and has reconstructed and refurbished a total of more than 22,000 m2 as the general contractor of numerous office buildings, shopping centres, and hotels.

We are proud that Gateway Office Park, constructed by our company, was awarded the 10th Hungarian Real Estate Development Award (the Hungarian FIABCI award) in 2008.

Since October 2002, we operate in accordance with ISO quality assurance standards, which was certified according to the newest MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 standard in April 2010.

From November of 2010, we have been working in a new area and are presently carrying out the maintenance works of the Courtyard by Marriott Budapest City Center hotel located in Budapest at József körút 7.
